  I will NEVER EVER go back. I was a client of Dr. Lee at the Lithonia location and was initially a bit put off by the clearly out dated office and equipment but let the visit continue as the reception staff and dental hygienist were extremely pleasant and seemingly caring. The rest of the visit went down hill from there. I was being seen in the office only to have a crown placed for a broken tooth and ended up being told by Dr. Lee that I had, not 1, but 2 cavities in the process of prepping me for my crown. I found this news odd because I have NEVER had cavities in my LIFE but I agreed to let her fill them, as I assumed she would be the expert in this particular situation. While having my teeth filled, I was subjected to pain that was nearly as bad a child birth. I kept stopping the process to explain that I could feel everything! and she ended up having to stick me at least 4 more times before the pain even remotely subsided. This is not to say the pain every completely went away. I went home almost in tears and hoped my next visit would be much less traumatic. My second visit to have my crown placed was quite uneventful, considering my 1st experience, but my crown has NEVER fit properly, even after having Dr. Lee work on it twice to adjust it. The last time I went, for a cleaning and my 2nd complaint about the crown, I was told I had ANOTHER cavity and was also told I was going to have to pay AGAIN to have them work on the ill fitting crown they had yet to fix the 1st time. At this point, I declined the filling and crown refitting and opted for her to do what she called a "buildup" on the existing crown, then scheduled w/ a different dental office a few weeks later. At the new dental office, I was informed that there was nothing they could do for the crown without charging me full price for a new crown, since they couldn't fix what Dr. Lee messed up and also informed me that I had NO CAVITIES that they could see. To make matters worse, as he was examining my crown, the "buildup" that was placed by Dr. Lee weeks before, crumbled off my tooth, leaving the black cement showing all along the top of the crown. I am PISSED that I now feel I was charged for fillings I never needed and, to add insult to injury, these teeth are so sensitive now that I've been told I'll probably need a root canal to remedy the new problem this dental office created! Plus I now have to pay TWICE to have this crappy crown replaced that, as of a day ago, completely fell off! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I REPEAT: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Turn away and don't look back.

  Do not go here!! This is the 3rd dentist I've seen since going here. The black guy was great. Sorry i don't know his name. Went today!!! Terrible. They wanted to try and add a mid cleaning "they call it". Just had a reg cleaning last time. I'm not a dental patient that hasn't been to the dentist in years!!! I am at the dentist every six months. I had a deep cleaning 2 years ago which cost a lot. This is a scam for more money! I'm complaining wtth the insurance and whoever I can! THEY WOULDNT CLEAn my teeth unless I got the exspensive teeth cleaning. The money maker is on procedures and tooth decay so they let your teeth go till it costs more money!
